Relaxing into Meditation


Let’s find a relaxing way into meditation. We can celebrate this season with a three (or more) week journey through meditative methods, a bit of scientific research and a lot of fun and relaxing exercises!

This course was offered earlier this summer on another platform to celebrate the midway-point of my blog A Buddhist Year. I’d like to offer it here again for easier access. It is fully self-paced and there is a little exercise at times. I think about 5-10 minutes a day is absolutely enough to finish it.

In these 21 days we can find the conditions that will naturally lead to more relaxation and enjoyment, a doorway to meditation.

May this little course help us busy people to remember the key elements that enable us to live in a more balanced and relaxed way.
