How does it work?
1. At your own pace you can move through the different lessons. One Lesson per day will help you not to try too hard :). Some lessons offer more than one post.
2. To move forward click on the different lessons and see what’s waiting there for you. In the beginning each day a new Lesson will be available and you can move through the different activities there.
3. Find a nice, beautiful and calming place, where you feel well and would like to do some of the exercises. It can be your morning table, your sofa, your garden, a place you love in nature. Find one or more places that are inspiring and allow you to relax and to enjoy.
4. Feel free to invite others to join you in this course.
