Taking a break

After some days with exercises a day of rest will follow. We are so used to filling up our schedule and feeling exhausted if we can’t keep up with it. These rest days are a chance to relax, to keep up with the flow of the course and to review past sessions, if you wish.

Did something stick out for you from these past sessions? Is anything in your experience different now?

These exercises might seem simple, but they are very powerful. Especially, helping our mind to focus and stay focused for a short time helps our nervous system and trains these skills, the more we remember and do it.

I’ll provide some more information on this in the second part of this lesson.
