Taking a break
Here is another day of rest. A chance to relax and not do anything in this course, or to review past sessions, if you wish.
Did something stick out for you from these past sessions? Do you notice any change in your experience? Often we can miss changes if they’re not so dramatic, so this is a chance to notice even seemingly little things.
The past three lessons were again touching upon key qualities of our human nature. Practicing awareness, mindfulness, and simple being can have very powerful effects on our life. They especially help our mind to focus and stay focused for a short time and they help our nervous system, as we saw before.
The more we apply and train these skills, the more we will be able to remember them and practice them again.
I’ll provide some more information on this in the second part of this lesson.
